the usual ETA for orders is 2-4 weeks. this can change depending on what you order, the destination, or even the time of year (e.g. holiday season). orders can be rushed for a fee upon request (select “yes” to indicate a rush order and choose a date).

free tracked shipping is available for all orders within Canada or to the US. international and express shipping is available upon request (select at checkout). all orders ship from Toronto.

after discussing the details for your piece(s) – apparel type, colour scheme, design size, calligraphy style, flowers, special requests, delivery date – select your options as discussed, add your piece description, further requests, and place your order as normal.

finished designs are approx. 4″ x 4″ in size. if you have a special request (larger design, longer quote/phrase, special graphic), you may be provided a PayPal invoice via e-mail to complete your payment.

do not hesitate to change your mind regarding an option or request, later. an initial design & mockup will be provided for you to review for any revisions (if desired) before having your piece(s) stitched.

• do not pull any snagged/loose threads. use a sharp pair of scissors and carefully cut them from the base immediately and before you wash.
• be mindful of zippers when wearing your apparel with a coat or jacket.
• do not be concerned about loose threads on the backside of your design. feel free to carefully trim them, if any, if they are causing any issues.
• always turn your apparel inside out before washing or drying. this helps protect the outward design as much as possible.
• avoid washing or drying apparel with other clothes that have zippers, buckles, or buttons to further prevent snagging.
  
• wash on delicate in cold to warm water in your washing machine.
• do not bleach. while the embroidery thread is bleach resistant, the apparel is not.
• temporary fabric adhesive is used to fasten the stabilizer to the garment, and tailor’s chalk to align the design. if any adhesive or chalk remains, it should be gone after the first wash.
  
• wash with like colours or alone, especially for the first wash. any excess dye in your garments, if any, should be gone after 2-3 washes.
• dry as normal in your dryer, but be careful not to over dry to prevent shrinkage or any damage. air dry if possible to better maintain your apparel.
• do not iron over or on the backside of the design. always iron with caution on low heat (recommended) around the design area when necessary.
• be sure to take note of any care instructions on the original garment tag that may be specific to your piece of apparel.

this advice is applicable to any piece of clothing, just with extra considerations for embroidery. your designs are always stitched to be durable, snag-resistant, and to withstand everyday wear.
